ESG premium intelligence apps are annual only due to comprehensive onboarding requirements. All can be used independently from the GAIQ™ platform, or connected to an existing plan.

Some tools and apps also have one-shot PAYG versions on dedicated micro-sites, for when you need a single deliverable without a subscription.

For limited periods some tools may be available for free on a beta test or promotional usage basis.

Plans vary in user count, number of entities, number of sovereign and archive datasets, cloud hot storage allocations, AI token limits, GAIQ™ modules access, and ESG standards frameworks bundle depths.

GAIQ™ core platform modules are included in every plan.

This is due to the comprehensive onboarding & setup requirements.

STANDARD, TEAMS and ENTERPRISE GAIQ™ platform plans all require dedicated onboarding, configuration, and ongoing partner support.

Certain tools and apps need AI calibration, client account linking, working paper templates, auditor or consultant access, and detailed configuration.

The setup investment makes monthly contracts commercially unworkable for both sides. Annual contracts also align naturally with clients' own reporting cycles and enable a ROI on setup costs over a longer period of time.

The GREEN TOOLKIT™ apps & tools work as standalone PAY AS YOU GO (PAYG), MONTHLY, and ANNUAL subscriptions. Each green tool or app solves a specific ESG problem independently without requiring the full GAIQ™ platform. For example, RAPID DMA™ runs fast DMAs, GAP RADAR™ monitors ESG data and compliance gaps, NEXUS DB CLIENT™ imports data, G P INDEX™ creates an ESG Performance Index, CHAINLINK™ manages and collects supplier data, and others from the current toolkit collection perform many valuable functions.

The GREEN TOOLKIT™ benefits teams that need specific tools without committing to the full GAIQ™ platform MDCRP™ reporting workflow. The GAIQ™ Platform connects standalone tools and apps into a single orchestrated AI-driven ESG reporting, management, and compliance pipeline, with the data Evidence Vault, AI Agents validations across every stage, iXBRL publishing, the complete M-D-C-R-P workflow, and more.

When you subscribe to the GAIQ™ platform, your existing GREEN TOOLKIT™ data can be carried over. The toolkit is a genuine entry point; the platform is where it becomes a complete ESG operating system.

TEAMS and ENTERPRISE plans include the NEXUS CLIENT™ Desktop Edge App, a local application for teams that need to process structured data on-premise before it reaches the cloud, and enables the setting up of data to be stored locally on a client”s own servers.

Yes. Any STANDARD, TEAMS or ENTERPRISE subscriber can add any GREEN TOOLKIT™ apps, tools, most premium apps, plus additional standards, extra AI tokens, and increased storage, as a paid add-ons to their existing plan.

A STANDARD subscriber can add the GREEN BENCHMARKING module app as a paid add-on to their existing plan, without upgrading to a TEAMS or ENTERPRISE plan that already includeS this app.

STANDARD, TEAMS, or ENTERPRISE subscribers can add the GREEN FINANCE module premium app as a paid integrated add-on to their existing plans.

A STANDARD, TEAMS or an ENTERPRISE subscriber can add any premium apps as paid add-ons to their existing plan, without upgrading to an ENTERPRISE plan to access these. GAIQ REPORT WL™, GREEN AUDIT™, and TMA™ MODELLING premium apps are already included in ENTERPRISE.

ALL plan subscribers can add any ESG Premium Intelligence App as paid add-ons to their existing plan, without upgrading, except:

BHWCF DATA KITCHEN™ - Upgrade to TEAMS or ENTERPRISE plans required.

GAIQ REPORT WL™ - Upgrade to ENTERPRISE plan required.

Individual GREEN TOOLKIT™ apps and tools not included in your plan are all available as paid add-ons.

ESG standards frameworks, individual standards, and custom standards not included in your standards bundle can be added without upgrading your plan tier.

At a reasonable price, AI tokens and storage limits can be increased at any time to any plan.

GAIQ TMA™ scores every ESG matter across three dimensions: Axis 1 Inside-Out Impact (35%), Axis 2 Outside-In Financial Risk (35%), and proprietary Axis 3 Strategic Dependency (30%). Axes 1 and 2 satisfy the standard DMA double materiality requirements.

Axis 3 is unique to GAIQ™ — it identifies ESG matters that are structurally important to your business model even when financial risk is low. Topics scoring high on Axis 3 receive Status of “STRATEGIC”.

The TMA™ methodology was developed by GREENAIQ™to enable clients to align their ESG data to their strategy, and automatically analyze the opportunities and risks being presented. The TMA™ MODELLING premium app takes this to the next level, provided financial, scenario, and risk models.

The standard DMA included in all plans assesses double materiality across two axes — inside-out impact & outside-in financial risk — as required by CSRD ESRS and some other leading ESG standards.

TMA™ (included in TEAMS and ENTERPRISE plans) adds the GAIQ™ proprietary Three-Axis Strategic Dependency scoring, which identifies ESG matters that are structurally critical to your business model, even when the standard two-axis assessment returns these as low risk. TMA™ is available as a standalone tool or as an add-on to standard plans.

TMA™ MODELLING provides ESG strategic intelligence. It is included in ENTERPRISE plans, is available to STANDARD & TEAMS plans as a paid add-on, or as a standalone Premium App. The app builds on all three axes to add financial risk modelling, scenario analysis, investor narrative building, green finance covenant tracking, and a board-ready dashboard. It is the tool for organisations using ESG materiality as a strategic and investor relations instrument, not just a compliance output.

MONTHLY recurring payments plans can be cancelled at any time on giving us 30 days email notice, with access and payment continuing until the end of the notice period. Payment will be due until the expiry of the notice period. Monthly payments are billed in advance on the same day as your initial order each month.

ANNUAL contracts are non-refundable once the billing period starts. Annual contracts require 90 days' notice for non-renewal. Data portability is guaranteed, and you can export your full dataset in open formats at any point. Quarterly payments are billed in advance, on the same day as your initial order, and every subsequent 90 days thereafter.

PAY AS YOU GO (PAYG) non-recurring payments for on-demand services or goods orders cannot be cancelled, as these cover one-off purchases.

Where we provide goods or services without specific charge to you, then it (or they) is deemed to be provided FREE of charge, and not to be associated with any other goods or service for which a charge is made. Accordingly, there is no contractual nor other obligation upon us in respect of those goods or services.

GAIQ™ deploys a team of 10 specialist AI agents, each with a dedicated role in the MDCRP™ workflow. They handle DMA scoring, datapoint mapping across ESG standards, data ingestion and validation, regulatory cross-referencing, proxy methodology advice, report narrative drafting, iXBRL tagging, support, and more.

STANDARD plans include basic token limits.

TEAMS plans include basic + increased token limits.

ENTERPRISE plans include basic + increased token limits + custom agent configuration.

ALL plans have Bring Your Own (BYO) API options to increase token limits using your own preferred AI LLM model provider.

GAIQ LM™ is a proprietary Small Language Model distilled as a "Plain English" ESG intelligence engine. It incorporates enhanced ESRS standards data plus elements of SASB, TCFD, and TNFD datasets, with extensive Strategic, ROI, and ESG Scoring data built in, enabling advanced business modelling & analytics.

GAIQ LM™ is the brain that trains and updates the GRENAIQ™ AI Agent Team. Extra intelligence layers are added via the BHWCF™ RAG Knowledge Management System and access to external LLMs and specialist SLMs where required.

ESRS OMNI is the comprehensive simplified version of the original European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), introduced into the EU during 2024, under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The current ESRS will become a legacy standard, when ESRS OMNI becomes legal in early 2027.

ESRS OMNI is effectively ESRS V2, and is named as ESRS OMNI in the GAIQ™ platform to avoid confusion with the current still in force ESRS V1. Once it becomes legal, it will then adopt the name ESRS, and the old ESRS V1 will be renamed ESRS LEGACY, and will be available to users needing access to it for their ARCHIVE datasets.

Additionally, the LEGACY NFRD standards, that ESRS originally replaced in 2023, are available for ARCHIVE datasets, enabling smooth data transition between the constantly changing EU ESG standards.

ESRS OMNI covers 12 standards across General (ESRS1-ESRS2), Environmental (E1–E5), Social (S1–S4), and Governance (G1) ESG topics. Everything in ESRS OMNI is included as a refined default dataset in the GAIQ™ platform. ESRS OMNI uses a double materiality model and is one of the most complete sets of ESG standards worldwide. It is included in every GAIQ™ plan, giving every user an out-of-the-box recognised ESG reporting framework from day one.

Each plan includes one ESG standards frameworks bundle — a pre-configured set of reporting standards mapped to your sovereign dataset. The GAIQ LM™ dataset and ESRS Omnibus ESG standards dataset are included in every bundle by default, giving all users an out-of-the-box recognised and comprehensiveE ESG reporting framework from day one.

You then select the additional standards that match your regulatory context: for example EU, UK, German market, Swiss market, climate-focused international standards, or others.

There are currently 12 default standards frameworks bundles per plan, with the options for STANDARD and TEAMS being identical, and ENTERPRISE offering 12 more complex options.

Custom standards can also be added to your bundle at any time.

Yes, all data carries forward automatically. The GAIQ™ Interoperability Bridge activates new ESG standard mappings, minimising re-entry of existing data.

Changing your primary ESG standard late in a reporting cycle may create data gaps, so consult support before doing so.

The GAIQ™ platform stores ESG metrics as standard agnostic atomic measurements (e.g. litres, kWh, headcount) within the Sovereign Dataset.

The GAIQ Interoperability Bridge™ maps each metric across all relevant ESG standards. A single fuel consumption data point can simultaneously satisfy ESRS E1-5, GRI 302-1, and any other applicable frameworks within your reporting bundle.

This approach minimizes data duplication and re-entry. When a new standard is added, existing data is automatically mapped and reused, eliminating the need to input the same information multiple times for different ESG frameworks.

The Evidence Vault is an immutable, permanently timestamped ledger of every committed ESG datapoint. Every entry carries its source document, validation certificate, data owner, and collection timestamp.

Assurance providers access the Vault directly within the GAIQ™ platform, with no need for no manual evidence packs, or data reconstruction cycles.

This eliminates the primary driver of ESG audit fees, and clients can achieve audit cost reductions exceeding 50%.

Yes. ENTERPRISE plans include white-label solutions for consultants and accountancy practices, and all ESG premium intelligence apps can be purchased as standalone products that function independent of the GAIQ™ platform.

White-label deployments require a partner programme agreement. A partner revenue share programme is available for firms referring clients to the GAIQ™ platform.

No. The TEAMS plan includes an Evidence Vault Share, which is a read-only, scoped link that gives auditors and ESG consultants direct access to COMMITTED Evidence Vault records for a specific reporting period. It is not platform access. Recipients cannot navigate the platform, run queries, view draft data, access any MDCRP™ stage, or interact with any GAIQ™ module. Each link is generated and controlled by the account holder, scoped to specific topics or periods, time-limited, and revocable at any time. The number of concurrent active links is capped.

This is deliberately different from the advanced GREEN AUDIT™ control centre, which gives audit firms their own working environment, with multi-client portfolio management, working paper generation, and SOX-aligned control testing records, rather than just a read window into a client's account.

NEXUS DATABRIDGE™ is included in ALL plans, and is not available as a standalone option. The tool is a cloud native schema mapping engine, that automates data import and parsing from common formats including Markdown, CSV, SQL, JSON, and others. It also has built in scrappers to extract data from PDF, DOC. DOCX, ODT, Apple Pages, and other popular documents. NEXUS DATABRIDGE™ creates well structured database connections to handle the smooth transfer of data into the GAIQ™ platform.

NEXUS CLIENT™ is a high-security on-premise database connector, that can be set up to run inside a corporate firewall, providing a desktop version of the NEXUS DATABRIDGE™ tool. Used to bridge client ERP databases, on-premise local files, SAP/Oracle structures, and other widely used systems, directly to GAIQ™ without sending data outside a client"s trust zone. It is not available for STANDARD plans, or as a standalone option, and can only be accessed by upgrading to a TEAMS or ENTERPRiSE plan.

TEAMS and ENTERPRISE plans can locally deploy NEXUS CLIENT™ via a sandboxed DOCKER, or PODMAN container. This allows API and MCP system integrations between pre-certified connectors (cloud-native HR, ERP, EHS, and finance platforms with a published API that our team has tested and approved), and the NEXUS app, enabling structured data on your own machines to be processed, with only validated ESG metrics pushed to the GAIQ™ sovereign dataset.

NEXUS CLIENT™ is ideal for teams with data residency requirements or security policies that prevent direct cloud transfer of source data.

ENTERPRISE plans can connect legacy, bespoke, and on-premise custom systems, but with the important caveat that every legacy & custom integration is evaluated individually before any commitment is made. We do not guarantee we can connect to any given system, and a pre-sales scoping process is required to assess feasibility, effort, and cost before an ENTERPRISE integration is agreed. If you are unsure whether your system qualifies as a pre-certified connector or needs an evaluation, ask us before subscribing, and we will give you a direct answer. NEXUS DATABRIDGE™ & NEXUS CLIENT™ are not legacy integration tools.

NEXUS DB CLIENT™ is a standalone tool that combines the cloud-based schema mapping of the NEXUS DATABRIDGE™ & the localized secure querying of NEXUS CLIENT™. Available for non GAIQ™ platform users, and any STANDARD plan users requiring behind-the-firewall on-prem DB queries.

The STANDARD plan GAIQ Starter Kit™ includes general purpose ESG report templates, MDCRP™ ESG reporting workflow guides, data collection spreadsheet templates, reporting readiness checklists, and DMA double materiality assessment models.

TEAMS plan kits add templates tailored to a client’s industry, with sector-specific ESG data, relevant disclosure examples, and industry based benchmarking templates.

ENTERPRISE kits add both industry specific and custom templates.

All Starter Kits include the below GREEN TOOLKIT™ tools:
