Territorial areas are defined by country or, in larger markets, by region or sector vertical. You can request a specific geography or sector focus, and we will confirm availability and work with you to define the exclusivity boundaries before any commitment is made. We will always be transparent about whether an area is already taken.
Exclusivity is tied to meeting your minimum annual client development commitment. If you miss the target in a given year, you have a defined cure period to remediate.
